Backlash is a UK organisation which brings together various groups and individuals opposed to the Home Office's consultation paper on so-called "extreme pornographic material" which proposes making illegal the possession of images of acts which they consider "abhorrent" or to have "no place in society".

Informed Consent is the UK's foremost BDSM discussion board. There is a wealth of information available here, either if you search for it or if you register and ask.

The BDSM Resource Centre is an American website I found when I was looking for information on domestic violence in BDSM relationships, but that isn't all it has.

The Firm runs parties in London.There's also some fairly amusing stuff on the website.

Curious Pleasures: A Gentleman's Collection of Beastliness is an excellent book of perversion. Written (probably) by the Victorian clergyman Rev Dr Erasmus St Jude Croom, whose indefatigable and self-sacrificing research has covered many years (and vices) this contains all you could possibly want to know (and some things you definitely didn't want to know) about everything perverted from Ablutophilia to Zoomutatolagnia. And it's illustrated too.
